To run the ICEPlex instrument users will need the following consumables beyond the reaction reagents:
Cartridge

Currently, PrimeraDx has a 48 well cartridge available to medium to high throughput customers. PrimeraDx is will soon be introducing a 96 well cartridge for very high throughput customers.
CE Plate

The CE plate is a 384 well microtiter plate prefilled with fluids necessary to perform CE separation.
CE Gel

The CE Separation medium that fills the cartridge capillaries.
ICEPlex Buffer

Buffer for filling and flushing the anode chamber and idle tray. This solution should be replaced by the user and is monitored in the software
ICEPlex Decon

Decontamination solution for destruction of amplicons from previous runs. This solution should be replaced by the user and is monitored in the software
Mineral Oil

An overlay to prevent cross contamination and evaporation during PCR and electrokinetic injection.
PCR Plate

A 96 well PCR plate in which the reactions are run. Specified for use with ICEPlex.
Universal Assay Kit

A kit containing components to be run with assays developed for the Open Platform Mode of the instrument. There are 100 reactions in each kit and each Universal Assay provides calibrators that the software uses to accurately denote size and compute copies for experimental targets.
